Newsletter subscribers can be found in your Shopify Admin. Go to Customers and then click the Email Subscribers Tab.
You can also filter by email subscription status to see if there are any customers with pending confirmations.
When you select an individual customer, you can see their email marketing status on the right hand side. You can also edit it by clicking "Edit status".
